Your Core Responsibilities:Manage broker relationships within the Commodities team while embracing responsibility and ownership to drive our strategic goals forward. Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with Volatility and Screen traders to manage risk portfolios. Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to identify and research new trading opportunities. Conduct trade analyses to enhance trading performance. Your Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Execution/Broker Trader. Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business, economics, or a STEM field. A quantitative and strategic mindset with a robust appetite for risk. Strong technical skills in Statistics and Python. Proven ability to act decisively in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Analytical mindset with a passion for reflecting on past trades and striving for improvement. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
