Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the Compensation team by supporting the technical implementation of EquipmentShare’s commission programs. Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations. Collaborate with the commissions team, compensation team, and payroll team to implement and maintain updates to commission programs. Engage with Sales leadership and stakeholders to facilitate the execution of commission plans and address inquiries regarding commission calculations. Transform business requirements into technical specifications and assist in the development and implementation of commission-related updates. Create, test, and deploy commission-related code modifications. Oversee commission-related data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement. Address commission-related inquiries from stakeholders, including Payroll, Human Resources, Legal, and commission-eligible employees and managers.

EquipmentShare is hiring a Commissions Analyst based at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO. This position is fully remote. The Commissions Analyst supports the technical execution and ongoing management of our sales commission programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Translate commission plan structures into accurate code and maintain the data systems that support commission calculations.
- Work with commissions, compensation, payroll teams, and sales leadership to implement plan changes and resolve issues.
- Ensure commission and incentive programs are executed precisely and on schedule.
- Collaborate with People Analytics, Business Analytics, and Human Resources to improve commission processes and reporting.
