Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists in Sofia.

- Recruit, train, assess, and supervise team members.
- Allocate tasks and help solve problems as they arise.
- Evaluate team performance and report findings to upper management.
- Inspire the team and suggest strategies to achieve objectives and set KPIs.
