Role Overview: As a vital member of our team, our Commercial HVAC Service Technicians will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems, while cultivating strong customer relationships and understanding client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct startups, troubleshooting, and warranty calls for various commercial HVAC systems while providing expert recommendations.
  • Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
  • Identify non-functioning units and perform necessary repairs to restore efficiency.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
