If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our new Commercial Director position in Denmark.

Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to steer our Danish operations in Copenhagen towards sustained growth and success. You will be tasked with formulating your own strategy, driving commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The perfect candidate is a robust leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections with people. You should also be highly driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

At present, CVX comprises 20 ambitious and talented individuals across Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy
  • Build a robust lead generation system
  • Drive sales and continuously achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Upon reaching certain sales goals, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team
  • Actively participate in budget planning and setting organizational goals
  • Track KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to enhance performance
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with and coordinate with other leaders
  • Report directly to the CEO.
