We are seeking a talented Commercial Analytics Analyst to bolster KAYAK’s operations in North America and LATAM! This position entails close collaboration with partner data, necessitating keen attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities. You should be adept at managing substantial data sets and exhibit a self-driven, proactive approach to analyzing, investigating, and prioritizing information sourced from various datasets. Your role will involve cross-departmental collaboration, fostering key relationships throughout the company. The ability to efficiently navigate a dynamic environment is essential.
This position requires you to work from our Cambridge, MA office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the NORAM and LATAM commercial teams by addressing all internal analytics requests from partners, transforming data into actionable insights and accessible reports.
Track daily performance metrics across all verticals for LATAM and the Cars vertical for NORAM, staying informed about traffic variations, business metric fluctuations, product changes, and A/B testing outcomes.
Oversee the quality of partner booking and conversion tracking for the LATAM region, identifying discrepancies and continuously enhancing sales tracking implementations.
Elevate internal reporting by designing new dashboards and data visualizations.
Investigate inconsistencies in key business metrics across varied reporting and data sources.
Collaborate with the business team to define critical metrics required for evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
Experience with analytics tools and data visualization software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
