What will I be doing?

  • Champion our product by driving growth and adoption within the Small Business segment.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle for Small Business clients, utilizing a consultative sales methodology from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver timely and precise sales forecasts and maintain transparency on revenue performance.
  • Effectively communicate Intercom’s value proposition using the Command of the Message framework.
  • Plan and adjust forecasts and pacing throughout each month and quarter.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to secure flagship clients in the market.
  • Work closely with R&D and Marketing to represent your customers’ voices.
