Proven experience leading programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, and ongoing management, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and PMG’s stringent quality standards. Expertise in managing digital programmatic initiatives, including video, display, digital out-of-home (OOH), and direct publisher collaborations, ensuring seamless execution through effective coordination with internal teams. Ability to collaborate across departments, partnering with media operations, account services, analytics, and creative teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies that meet and exceed client goals. Strong negotiation and management skills in RFP processes and vendor partnerships, ensuring innovative and cost-effective campaign solutions. Capability to produce detailed reports and present campaign performance insights, optimization strategies, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

PMG seeks a Commerce Programmatic Lead to help retail and commerce clients improve product visibility and drive measurable growth. This position works from Boston, MA and partners with teams across Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative. The focus is on building seamless shopper experiences, from initial engagement through purchase, by coordinating efforts that span catalog health, product content, pricing, and promotions.

  • Oversee and align catalog health, product detail page content, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commerce programs and ensure brands are "retail ready."
  • Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and raising standards for retail excellence.
  • Support client relationships, focusing on delivering growth through effective commerce initiatives.
