PMG seeks a Commerce Programmatic Lead to help retail and commerce clients improve product visibility and drive measurable growth. This position works from Boston, MA and partners with teams across Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative. The focus is on building seamless shopper experiences, from initial engagement through purchase, by coordinating efforts that span catalog health, product content, pricing, and promotions.

- Work closely with client partners and PMG leadership to translate data and insights into practical strategies.
- Oversee and align catalog health, product detail page content, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commerce programs and ensure brands are "retail ready."
- Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and raising standards for retail excellence.
- Support client relationships, focusing on delivering growth through effective commerce initiatives.
