This role involves overseeing all aspects of rent collection and landlord-tenant relations. You will monitor resident ledgers, delinquency reports, and uncollectible income while providing coaching to site team members on effective rent collection techniques, resident communication, and reporting. Collaborating closely with Financial Managers, you will help create and implement rent collection strategies designed to meet and exceed collection targets. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between landlords and external legal counsel, assisting with legal matters such as evictions and non-compliance.
