ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Collections Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential support to our members
- Managing arrears according to Collections Policies
- Creating effective repayment plans in collaboration with our members
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports, ensuring detailed documentation of actions and decisions
