Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the collection of outstanding accounts, while maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address account queries and facilitate discussions on overdue balances.
- Conduct collection calls and manage correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Utilize multiple technologies to stay connected with customers and effectively resolve issues.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and decision-making skills, alongside exceptional communication abilities.
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and exercise independent judgment.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls to delinquent customers.
- Respond effectively to incoming calls to resolve customer and branch inquiries.
- Maintain timely communication and follow-up with customers and branch personnel.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with branch staff and colleagues.
- Address and reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances.
