Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team of skilled machinists, where you will contribute to the creation of top-notch CNC programs and precision-engineered metallic components that enhance our on-track performance throughout the season. As a vital player during the build season, you will be tasked with programming, setting up, and operating multi-axis machines to manufacture and meticulously inspect intricate components. Your expertise in CNC machining will be invaluable as you produce car parts, pit equipment, and components for our Heritage vehicles. With McLaren’s rich legacy, you have the opportunity to shape our future success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC programs and machine components based on provided drawings and CAD files.
  • Maintain precise records of programs and tooling.
