Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC programming, particularly with advanced manufacturing systems. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machine operation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
