Join our dynamic team at Studco Building Systems as a CNC Operator, where you will play a critical role in the operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of our EZ Concept CNC Turrett and Folding machines, along with our specialized Door machine, ensuring that our in-house production runs smoothly and effectively. A solid understanding of the EZ Concept product line is essential for maintaining our high standards of quality control.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate two EZ Concept CNC Turrett machines to enhance in-house manufacturing capabilities.
  • Assist with production tasks on the CNC Door Machine.
  • Bend frames and other construction materials using folding machines as required.
  • Ensure that the operator workstation is set up properly for optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of parts and technical drawings to ensure quality standards are upheld, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate any quality issues or concerns clearly and promptly to the shift supervisor.
  • Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure, protractor, and other measurement tools.
  • Experience with CADMAN B or similar software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Perform all required physical tasks, which may include bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet production demands and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and equipment handling practices outlined by the company.
