Compensation and schedule
- Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $27, depending on experience
- Regular hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key responsibilities
- Operate Thermwood Cut Ready CNC machines to cut and drill cabinet components
- Consistently produce high-quality cabinet parts
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and design requirements
- Perform edgebanding on components as needed
- Assist with cabinet assembly and other production tasks
- Monitor and adjust machine settings for best performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes
