Compensation and schedule

  • Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $27, depending on experience
  • Regular hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available on Fridays as needed

  • Operate Thermwood Cut Ready CNC machines to cut and drill cabinet components
  • Consistently produce high-quality cabinet parts
  • Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and design requirements
  • Perform edgebanding on components as needed
  • Assist with cabinet assembly and other production tasks
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings for best performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes
