Key components for your success. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical security role. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace. Strong knowledge of CSPM tools, preferably WIZ. In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure, including architecture best practices, managed services, common vulnerabilities, mitigations, and security protocols. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively on security matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Maintain a robust security mindset with a focus on business enablement. Familiarity with modern application development methodologies (e.g., infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, serverless technologies) is a plus. Broad knowledge of IT and enterprise architecture, including the TCP/IP stack and relevant protocols.

Your impactful mission as a Cloud Security Engineer.

  • Lead the governance and monitoring of cloud security protocols.
  • Manage and enhance a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solution.
  • Work collaboratively with DevOps, IT, development, and GRC teams, providing expert insights in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Support and refine cloud-native security measures.
  • Perform thorough security assessments for cloud environments.
  • Create detailed documentation that outlines security best practices and recommendations.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, weak points, and missing security controls, offering actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and new cloud security measures.
  • Engage in investigations and responses to potential security incidents.
  • Implement automation for security-related processes.
