We are on the lookout for a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in OpenShift to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer OpenShift clusters across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Work in collaboration with development teams to seamlessly integrate OpenShift into CI/CD workflows for efficient application deployment and management.
- Monitor and enhance OpenShift performance to ensure optimal availability and scalability for containerized applications.
- Apply best practices for security and compliance in container orchestration environments.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift clusters, networking, and associated services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding cluster configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in container orchestration and microservices architecture.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance operational processes.
Requirements:
- Over 6 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, particularly with container orchestration technologies.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of containerization principles and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using tools such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Load Balancing.
- Able to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver solutions promptly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
