Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Design: Develop comprehensive cloud architectures that align with both business and technical specifications. Establish cloud reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices. Lead the design of solutions for cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Assess cloud services and propose optimal designs focused on performance, security, and cost efficiency. Cloud Migration & Modernization: Architect and facilitate application and data migrations to cloud environments. Steer modernization efforts including re-hosting, re-platforming, and re-architecting strategies. Design solutions utilizing cloud-native services such as containers, serverless architectures, and managed platforms. Security, Governance & Reliability: Ensure all solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards. Design systems for high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience. Collaborate with security teams on identity management, access controls, and data protection measures. Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to guarantee the successful implementation of architectural designs. Engage in architecture reviews, technical decision-making processes, and delivery planning. Effectively communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and roadmaps to both technical and executive stakeholders.
