About the job
At Prosper Health, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of autistic and neurodivergent adults by providing accessible mental health services that truly make a difference.
With autism diagnoses skyrocketing over fivefold in the last quarter-century, autistic adults have often been neglected, resulting in serious challenges including elevated rates of mental health issues and reduced life expectancy. Prosper aims to rectify this situation.
We specialize in delivering tailored mental health services that are insurance-covered, having supported tens of thousands in obtaining autism diagnoses, connecting with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and fostering community connections. Our results surpass traditional care with significantly better outcomes in mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
Experiencing rapid growth, Prosper is expanding at three times the rate annually, achieving mid-double-digit millions in revenue with a thriving community of thousands of active clients and over 400 clinicians. Join our mission-driven team as we create something unprecedented for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Strategy and Operations Lead to take charge of Prosper Health’s assessment business from start to finish.
Our autism assessment process has revolutionized the diagnostic journey for neurodivergent adults by making high-quality evaluations accessible at scale. This process is crucial for our clients, and you will ensure we maintain the highest clinical standards while scaling operations.
Assessments play a critical role in our business and serve as a key strategic differentiator. In the coming years, we aim to scale our operations from thousands to hundreds of thousands of assessments while enhancing clinical quality and setting our clients up for success.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both company and clinical leadership to drive the success of the assessment business by expanding the range of conditions we assess, improving psychologist support, reinforcing clinical quality systems, streamlining assessment processes, and establishing the necessary infrastructure for a rapidly expanding clinician network.
