We are seeking a Clinical Site Representative to join our dedicated team! The ideal candidate will possess prior customer service experience and a strong desire to contribute to an innovative clinical study focused on preventive medicine. This project involves providing and researching Proactive Screening Whole-Body MRI Examinations ("Prenuvo Scans") in conjunction with a Prenuvo-sponsored clinical study based at the Hercules Research Center, located at 118 Arsenal Yards Blvd, Watertown, MA 02472.

We encourage applications from candidates located in the Boston area or those willing to relocate. Candidates must reside within a 45-minute commuting distance from the clinic site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-recruitment consultations with potential participants interested in Prenuvo scans and the research study.
  • Assess participants' eligibility based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of formal on-site recruitment, enrollment, and scanning appointments with the clinical's Research and Clinical Teams.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for participants from check-in to post-scan follow-ups, prioritizing their well-being throughout the process.
