Requirements:Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology. Skills: Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT). Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours following the completion of your master’s degree. Languages: Fluent in English and your local language. Preferred Experience: Background in EAP, adult counseling, or managerial coaching roles is advantageous. Flexibility: Willingness to engage in occasional onsite work if necessary is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized telehealth or onsite mental health support to Intellect's clients.
  • Tackle a variety of clinical cases, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
  • Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs.
