Your Role
As a Clinical Associate, you will play a crucial role within our Customer Success team, focusing on clinician adoption. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clinicians and healthcare organizations experience immediate and measurable value from Heidi by seamlessly integrating it into their daily clinical practices.
This operational, clinician-facing position involves direct collaboration with end users to understand their care delivery processes and translate these workflows into effective utilization of Heidi. Responsibilities include configuring templates, tailoring documentation outputs, and aligning our product with the unique demands of various specialties, settings, and consultation styles. You will be actively involved in the onboarding and implementation processes across diverse customer segments, particularly focusing on enterprise-level deployments.
A significant aspect of your role will involve in-person engagements. You will frequently travel to customer sites to support rollouts, deliver training, and collaborate with clinical teams during critical adoption phases. Your on-the-ground presence will be vital in building momentum, resolving issues in real-time, and ensuring that Heidi is effectively integrated across organizations.
