SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Service Associate to join our Service Team, where excellence in client care is our top priority. This full-time, on-site position in our Sacramento office entails providing exceptional administrative support to our financial advisory team, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities include addressing day-to-day client requests, processing transactions, managing inquiries, and overseeing account-related documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior team members to uphold our high standards of service and contribute to the efficient operation of client services.
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, with an opportunity for annual performance-based bonuses.
