In the role of Client Success Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting scalable technical solutions and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation for our key clients. You will actively engage during the final stages of the sales cycle to assist with technical discovery, develop implementation strategies, and act as a trusted advisor during complex onboarding and expansion initiatives. Your technical acumen and collaborative spirit will be vital in helping our clients achieve lasting success with our SaaS e-commerce platform.
