Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to provide seamless technical integration experiences. Act as a technical authority on Luminance’s platform, aiding the sales team in converting potential clients by showcasing integration advantages and our seamless solutions. Understand specific use cases and integration needs, advising clients on the best solutions for rapid success and identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and enablement resources to enhance the developer experience and facilitate faster integrations. Create and maintain detailed customer-facing API documentation and technical resources such as Reference Architectures to effectively support developers. Work with Luminance Support and Technical Operations teams to coordinate and resolve any technical challenges encountered by clients. Continuously collect feedback from developers to refine tools, documentation, and the overall integration process.
