Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire post-sale campaign lifecycle: from deal approval and activation to optimization and renewal. Oversee deal setup, launch campaigns, track pacing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing optimization. Perform detailed performance analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance KPIs and revenue. Compile weekly and monthly reports, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and analyze inventory performance. Engage in hands-on DSP trading and optimization using DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Activate Trading, and Deal Desk. Support Supply Path Optimization (SPO) initiatives, develop proposals, and track performance metrics. Drive process improvements and establish documentation and operational best practices. Desired Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within the AdTech sector. Proficient with major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar). Strong grasp of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, and optimization strategies. Advanced skills in Excel and confidence in analyzing campaign performance data. Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred.
