Guidepoint’s Client Service team is central to delivering high-quality service for clients worldwide. The team works to understand each client’s unique business challenges and provides insights that support informed decision-making. As a Client Service Project Manager in Seoul, contribute to helping clients navigate important business decisions while developing project leadership and relationship management skills.
This position is hybrid, based in Seoul.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main contact for daily client relationships and service delivery.
- Lead a team of Associates handling client requests on research, industry trends, market opportunities, and emerging technologies.
- Train Associates on Advisor sourcing, recruiting, and screening best practices to ensure strong project matches for clients.
- Work with Business Development to help clients get the most from Guidepoint’s services.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to share industry insights for projects and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in both Korean and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client or account management.
- Background in project management and/or team leadership.
- Experience in market research, agency, or consulting is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
