About the Internship

Guidepoint’s Seoul office is looking for a Client Service Intern to join the team. This internship gives hands-on experience in a start-up setting, with exposure to a wide range of projects and industry sectors. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position after the program.

What You Will Do

  • Work with global advisors and support Project Managers on strategic research for clients in Korea and internationally.
  • Assist Project Managers with various tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate consultations between clients and vetted industry experts.
  • Help recruit leading industry experts for Guidepoint’s network, evaluating their suitability for specific projects.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research to identify industry trends and explore new outreach approaches.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and build strong relationships with colleagues.

What We Look For

  • Current pursuit or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent time management; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Available for a full-time internship, with at least 3 fixed days per week.
  • Fluency in Korean and English; Mandarin or Japanese skills are a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new things.
  • Proactive, creative, and resourceful approach to work.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort working in a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
