About the job

Guidepoint’s Seoul office welcomes applications for the Client Service Internship. This program offers practical experience in a start-up atmosphere, exposing interns to a variety of projects across multiple industry sectors. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a full-time role after the internship ends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers by working with global advisors on strategic research for clients based in Korea and abroad.
  • Assist with ongoing projects and daily tasks alongside Project Managers.
  • Arrange and coordinate consultations between clients and carefully selected industry experts.
  • Help identify and recruit top industry experts for Guidepoint’s network, assessing their fit for specific assignments.
  • Conduct research to spot industry trends and explore new outreach strategies as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and develop strong working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a solid academic record.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage several priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Availability for a full-time internship, with a minimum of three fixed days per week.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English; knowledge of Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Proactive, creative, and resourceful approach to tasks.
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort working toward goals in an entrepreneurial setting.
