Role Overview: As a vital member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will be instrumental in promoting our services directly to clients, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for key enterprise clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical, Operations) to deliver customized enterprise payment solutions;
  • Oversee complex onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables;
  • Monitor and assess portfolio performance;
  • Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers;
  • Assist current merchants in maintaining active usage of services;
  • Escalate issues by initiating cases for problems outside of your resolution authority;
  • Effectively present product features and benefits to clients;
  • Engage in travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
