The ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating a strong ability to manage high-level client relationships. Proven experience with complex products such as enterprise CRM, ERP, consulting services, and marketing automation systems. A dynamic and engaging presence that inspires excitement as customers discover innovative ways to leverage Boomtrain's offerings. A solid understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems, with the ability to communicate complex concepts visually to non-technical audiences. Experience in media, publishing, or eCommerce is a significant advantage.

About the job

As a Client Relationship Manager at Boomtrain, you will:

  • Establish and nurture high-value, consultative relationships with our clients.
  • Champion the Boomtrain product suite, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure customers maximize their usage.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and introduce additional Boomtrain solutions.
  • Achieve and maintain a 100% renewal rate by ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Foster a vibrant community of customers who exchange best practices and thrive in the Boomtrain ecosystem.
  • Enhance the performance of our Relationship Management team through improved collaboration and operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee project timelines with the Solutions team for seamless onboarding and consistently exceed customer KPIs.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with Boomtrain Solutions and Technical Support teams.
