About This Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Associate who is enthusiastic about enhancing client experiences through proactive support and effective relationship management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service that fosters satisfaction, retention, and enduring value.

As the primary liaison for our clients, you will connect them with the appropriate technical resources, keep them informed, and champion their success. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Client Relations Manager, who will guide your onboarding and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a designated book of clients, owning the relationship.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

  • Proactively track service performance, ticket trends, and client engagement metrics.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve issues.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion and communicate these to the Senior Client Relations Manager.

  • Assist in the renewal process and support updates to contracts.

  • Aid in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to technical teams.

  • Maintain comprehensive notes, updates, and tasks within our documentation systems.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related client-facing role, preferably within technology, MSP, SaaS, or IT services.

  • A college degree in communications, psychology, English, or a related field is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a clear, polished, and client-friendly demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
