Client Portfolio Manager

Ebury Madrid - Office based

We are seeking a Client Portfolio Manager for our Madrid office with a solid background in dealing, trading, and account management. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of clients, handling trading account setups, relationship management, and deal execution.

As a CPM, you will provide tailored advice and strategies to help clients address their FX risk challenges. You will plan, structure, and execute deals, ensuring clients receive the best value while contributing to Ebury's growth.

Your Responsibilities as a Client Portfolio Manager

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, implementing various products such as FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management. You’ll promote Ebury’s extensive product offerings, ensuring a premier client experience.
  • Collaborate with a successful sales team to drive business origination. Understand clients' industries, strategies, and business environments to deliver optimal solutions using Ebury’s comprehensive product suite.
  • Analyze competitors' capabilities and gaps to effectively position Ebury’s banking solutions.
  • Achieve specific KPIs, including generating repeat and new business revenues, minimizing client churn, upselling, and cross-selling multiple relevant products to increase wallet share.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships through meetings and professional presentations of ideas, proposals, and updates.
  • Expand existing business and provide valuable feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Generate new business through networking with existing clients for referrals.
