The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:At least 3 years of professional experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environments. Hands-on experience with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity. A proven track record in client-facing financial services roles. A strong understanding of investment account structures and financial planning workflows. Expertise in end-to-end account lifecycle management, including openings, transfers, maintenance, and closures. Advanced proficiency in preparing and reviewing client documentation with high accuracy. Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information. Familiarity with CRM systems, portfolio management software, and document management tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly in Excel/Sheets. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with custodians to resolve operational issues.

As a Client Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the principal contact for client service and operational inquiries, addressing questions regarding accounts, paperwork, and custodial processes.
  • Processing and managing account openings, transfers, maintenance requests, and cash movements for a seamless client experience.
  • Assisting financial advisors with account administration and client follow-ups to enhance service delivery.
  • Liaising with custodians to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance standards are met while providing polished, professional service.
