Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality home care.
- Oversee the coordination of client services and manage emergent scheduling challenges.
- Effectively manage your caseload while actively seeking to expand it.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Build strong, communicative relationships with team members.
- Ensure effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field staff.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: Relevant experience in staffing/scheduling within a home care agency.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing increased responsibilities and achieving goals.
- Aspirations for professional growth and advancement.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
