About the job

Teltonika’s Telematics Business Unit in Warsaw is hiring a Client Onboarding Engineer. This position centers on supporting clients as they adopt and integrate our GPS tracking devices, which serve industries from logistics and agriculture to car sharing and construction.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout sales and onboarding, using visits, live chat, and video consultations to keep information flowing smoothly.
  • Work hands-on with GNSS tracking devices and related technologies, including Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire.
  • Recommend integration methods tailored to each client’s needs and use cases.
  • Guide new customers as they integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions into their own systems.
  • Travel for client visits to assist with device implementation (typically one business trip per quarter).
  • Organize and lead training sessions and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to consult on processes and solutions, helping align projects with customer requirements.
  • Gather technical information, document issues found during visits, and coordinate with the technical engineering team.
