SUMMARY:
The Client Manager for Property & Casualty Accounts is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to effectively manage various client queries, ensuring comprehensive risk management and compliance with contractual obligations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to risk management, coverage options, and compliance with government regulations. You will also prepare endorsements as requested and keep clients informed about trends and legal updates.
• Analyze client data for new and renewal business, evaluate market comparisons, and strategize with senior-level executives to recommend optimal coverage solutions. Your negotiation skills will be essential in securing favorable premium and commission rates for clients.
• Provide marketing and business development support to producers, including creating presentations and proposals, and participating in client meetings as part of the team.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of growth through training opportunities.
Client Service:
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by proactively engaging and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop and implement a comprehensive customer service plan.
• Analyze data to prepare insurance renewal options and advise clients accordingly.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain the best possible premiums and coverage for clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, legislation, and regulations, while preparing resource materials for client education.
• Collaborate with claims advocates to ensure timely response to client needs.
