Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow. A genuine interest in the technology industry. Desktop troubleshooting skills are a plus. Familiarity with iOS and Android devices. Experience in enterprise desktop support, particularly with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, cloning tools, MAC OS, and antivirus/malware software, is advantageous. Applications from candidates with both technical and non-technical backgrounds are encouraged.

As a Client Desktop Support Executive, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Installing and supporting the daily operations of client platforms to align with agreed-upon business needs and service levels.

  • Diagnosing and resolving client platform-related issues efficiently.

  • Responding to incidents promptly, conducting thorough investigations, and providing both temporary and permanent solutions while keeping stakeholders updated on status.

  • Handling service requests associated with client platforms.

  • Monitoring service levels, documenting and maintaining system configurations, and delivering regular reports to relevant stakeholders.

  • Participating in the implementation and upgrade projects for client platforms.
