About the Role
As a Client Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our USA-based sales team, taking full ownership of your responsibilities. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive our business growth and make a significant impact. You will excel in collaborating with Area Sales Representatives to build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and prospects. Your skills in identifying client needs and securing new business opportunities will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives, by both nurturing existing partnerships and establishing new ones.
Although you will primarily work remotely, you must reside within a reasonable distance from our new Greater Los Angeles showroom to occasionally meet customers and conduct in-person tours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop relationships with key customers through email and phone communication to establish rapport and schedule meetings for Sales Representatives.
- Proactively generate new business and leads through outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Spend a minimum of four hours daily on phone outreach, split between morning and afternoon sessions.
- Engage potential customers through calling, direct mail, and email marketing initiatives.
- Understand our product offerings, align them with customer needs, and respond efficiently with tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on larger opportunities.
- Prepare customized quotes for prospective and existing clients.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including growth areas and market trends.
- Seek out the appropriate contacts within organizations to facilitate engagement.
- Maintain consistent and detailed usage of the CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
- Attend meetings and exhibitions as necessary.
- Visit the showroom 2-3 times per month to meet potential customers and showcase our products in person.
