We are on the lookout for a Civil Project Engineer to enrich our vibrant team. You will immerse yourself in a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous growth. As a vital member of our civil engineering team, your involvement will span a wide array of projects. Notable completed projects include Edwards Lifesciences, County of Orange Administration, and San Marcos High School. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams across studios in California and Texas to bring high-performance, community-focused designs to fruition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Project Designers and Project Managers to lead the civil design process from initial concept through to construction.

  • Contribute to project strategy, timelines, and coordination, enhancing project success.

  • Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

  • Assist in construction administration, including addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
