Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering. Proficient in HydroCAD or other hydrologic modeling software. Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Registered as an Engineer in Training (EIT) and actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment on multidisciplinary projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workloads and budgets effectively. Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer who is eager to grow both personally and professionally while tackling complex site challenges. As a member of our Land Development team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate from master planning through to the final construction closeout. Your role will involve engineering innovative solutions and providing design expertise in partnership with both our internal teams and our client partners. You will be engaged in a variety of projects, including commercial developments, athletic field designs, educational improvements, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed hydrologic calculations and develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to create site designs that fulfill client needs.
  • Assist in CAD drafting to generate high-quality project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform site visits and participate in project meetings.
  • Support bidding processes and provide construction administration services.
