This position serves as the primary steward of automation projects, pinpointing high-impact opportunities and transforming them into operational workflows that support our Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Sales, and Operations teams. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to implement AI capabilities, ensuring that our solutions align with key business objectives such as productivity improvements, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) enhancements, revenue growth, and churn mitigation. Additionally, this role will establish governance frameworks, best practices, and performance metrics for AI-driven automation initiatives.
