About the Role
As the City Growth Manager, you will take charge of onboarding clinics, training their staff, nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and scouting for new clinics to join our platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our solutions are effectively adopted by clinics that will benefit most, aligning your territory plans with real-world customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Identification & Onboarding
- Identify and prioritize clinics/doctors within your designated territory.
- Conduct fitment assessments based on business potential and alignment with our model.
- Engage with doctors to present our platform and facilitate onboarding.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
2. Sales Execution & Market Development
- Implement the defined market strategy and territory plan to onboard clinics onto our platform.
- Enhance doctor engagement through regular field interactions and pitching our business model.
