We are seeking a skilled Intermediate SFDC Developer/Analyst for a contract position based in the Toronto GTA area, with the flexibility to work remotely.The successful consultant will be expected to work daily from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility for conference calls outside these hours.This contract position will initially last for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.The role involves SFDC development, including coding, systems integration, and testing.Ideal candidates will have proven SFDC development and analysis experience, working with onshore and offshore teams, and possess excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.The successful candidate will be adept at consulting and negotiating with business teams and users regarding specific requirements.Responsibilities will include creating reports on accounts within SFDC, handling GoToMeeting integration, and providing data migration and localization services as needed.Experience in associating account/contact relationships is essential, along with UAT testing experience.Candidates should be familiar with working in a global environment, managing multiple vendors and projects simultaneously, and must demonstrate strong time management and delivery skills.Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate various time zones is required.
