Job Overview

As the SAP S/4HANA Chief Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in steering Coupang’s SAP transformation across crucial business domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. Collaborating with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders, you will design scalable, integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with Coupang’s rapid growth and dynamic business environment.

Your responsibilities will include leading solution architecture, defining comprehensive business process designs, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring that SAP platforms uphold enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This influential role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, a thorough understanding of cross-functional processes, and robust enterprise-level architecture skills.

Additionally, you will contribute to the establishment of the Coupang India Technology Center, fostering best practices, engineering culture, and cross-regional collaboration frameworks.

What You Will Do

Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM.
Architect end-to-end business processes aligned with Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
Define integration patterns between SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
