CPI Security is in search of an innovative and results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to become a pivotal member of our executive leadership team. This role is crucial for steering the company through its next strategic growth phase. The CRO will spearhead revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and facilitate market expansion across our residential, builder, and commercial segments. We are looking for a visionary leader capable of crafting and executing comprehensive growth strategies that encompass sales optimization, channel development, new market entries, and M&A initiatives. The CRO will not only lead our high-performing sales and business development teams but also establish scalable processes, partnerships, and programs to ensure rapid growth and sustainable long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Direct the formulation and execution of growth strategies that align with CPI’s vision and revenue objectives.
- Assess and prioritize expansion opportunities across key verticals including residential, builder, and commercial, as well as new regional markets.
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, business modeling, and capital allocation to promote sustainable growth.
- Create a strategic M&A roadmap; lead due diligence, negotiations, and integration for acquisitions that enhance CPI’s core operations.
- Sales Leadership & Performance
- Supervise the company’s direct and indirect sales channels to ensure sustained and profitable growth.
- Take charge of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and upselling across all business divisions.
- Establish and oversee performance-based incentive programs to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Data, Insights & Innovation
- Utilize data and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
- Examine customer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Put in place scalable systems, metrics, and best practices that facilitate high-growth execution.
- Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build and nurture high-performing, cross-functional growth and business development teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Act as a key member of the executive team and trusted advisor to the CEO.
