The Role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO—a strategic operator and trusted advisor with a focus on execution who will enhance the CTO’s influence throughout the organization. This prominent role is perfect for someone who excels at the nexus of technology, business, and execution. You will collaborate closely with the CTO to propel strategic initiatives, craft high-impact communications, and ensure key priorities are advancing with vigor.

Addepar adopts a market-driven approach to compensation. The starting salary for an ideal candidate will be influenced by the specifics of the role, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, location, and current market conditions. The stated salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for positions located in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current salary range for this role is $143,000 - $224,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
