About the Role
As Leap Health embarks on an exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to forge the connections that unify our organization. This pivotal role will support our ambitious goal of doubling our team within the next year, amidst the escalating complexity of our operations.
In this capacity, you will serve as a catalyst for progress. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless information flow across the organization, enabling leadership to make timely and informed decisions. You will oversee the operational rhythm of the business and spearhead critical cross-functional projects that empower us to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design the Operational Cadence: You will manage the structure and preparation of our essential operating meetings (Executive Team Weekly, Monthly All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Meetings), ensuring each meeting has a defined agenda and that we conclude with clear decisions and action items.
Enhance Decision-Making Speed: You will eliminate decision paralysis by equipping the CEO and Leadership Team with timely and relevant context. By distilling complex information into clear options and recommendations, you will ensure that critical decisions are not delayed due to ambiguity.
Oversee Special Projects: You will temporarily lead high-priority initiatives that span multiple departments (e.g., conducting market entry analyses, leading compliance improvements, or operationalizing new partnerships).
Promote Strategic Accountability: You will drive the implementation of our objectives and key results (OKRs) framework, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
