What You’ll Do In the role of Chief of Staff, you will directly support our CEO/co-founder in spearheading client relations, operational strategies, and growth initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with all aspects of our business operations, making it ideal for a proactive, fast learner with a passion for the arts and a dedication to driving business success in a mission-driven startup environment. Responsibilities Oversee all client-facing operations, including onboarding and client success initiatives. Enhance our client onboarding, support, and training processes to boost operational efficiency, improve client communication, and align various stakeholders effectively. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and design to implement meaningful improvements. Work alongside the CEO on key growth strategies such as partnerships and new channels to drive overall business expansion. Who You Are A self-starter who is resourceful, quick to learn, and capable of tackling complex business challenges independently. Possesses excellent client management skills and the ability to lead client-driven initiatives and meetings. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, capable of bridging communication between external stakeholders and our internal data and engineering teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adept at executing initiatives and achieving results in a fast-paced, evolving workplace. Passionate about the arts and cultural sector, eager to contribute to a mission-focused startup.

Location

CueBox operates from its headquarters in New York City, and we embrace a hybrid work model, with team members in the office three days a week from Tuesday to Thursday.
