We are currently deploying our inaugural institutional fund, which has secured approximately $300 million in committed capital, aimed at control-oriented private equity investments across carefully selected sectors.
Position Overview
The Chief of Staff will act as a pivotal ally to senior leadership, facilitating day-to-day operations while ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and execution across the organization. This prominent role blends executive support with strategic and operational projects, making it ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual eager for extensive exposure to private equity, business development, and portfolio management.
The responsibilities encompass a substantial overlap with executive support functions, extending into project management, internal process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in translating strategic priorities into actionable outcomes, ensuring the firm operates efficiently during its growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner and implementation resource for senior leadership across investment, business, and firm-wide initiatives.
Oversee complex schedule management, coordinating meetings across various priorities and time zones.
Prepare leadership for engagements with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor priorities, action items, and timelines; ensure accountability for commitments and initiatives.
Facilitate internal workflows among investment, sourcing, operations, finance, and legal departments.
Assist in strategic initiatives including firm planning, recruitment coordination, portfolio oversight, and internal reporting.
Aid in the development of internal materials, presentations, memos, and ad hoc analyses.
Manage document workflows, signatures, data rooms, and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Support select initiatives related to portfolio companies or transactions as required.
Handle confidential matters with exemplary judgment and professionalism.
